Example Content Packages
To use Reload you need to have some content - web pages, images,
documents etc. Initially, it may be useful to use existing content
packages to let you explore what the tools can do for you. If you don't
have any of your own, you can download example content packages from
here.
The
following packages are available for download:
testpkg.zip - needed to work through the
tutorial in the manual and help (the source files for this are also
available as a zip).
biz8.zip - a short course on Business
Startup.
ecsig8demo - content package from the
Interoperability Demonstration we gave at the 8th CETIS Educational
Content SIG meeting in Glasgow, 28 August 2003.
For
the SCORM 1.2 Player, an example Content Package
which demonstrates the Player functionality is provided within the
zipped collection of files available here.
Open the zip, look for the SingleCourse subfolder and retreive the
SingleCourseEx.zip SCORM 1.2 Content Package.
Further exemplar content is available at
http://www.reload.ac.uk/ex/.
This page was created to support a Reload workshop and should become a
general repository for content odds and ends which can be freely
re-used as resources to test Content Packaging.
